Comprehensive
Property Management
This is where I take care of everything for you, so you can be hands free and leave all the hard work of caring for your property to me.
I take care of Advertising, Tenant selection and on-boarding, background checks, Tenancy agreements, Property inspections, repairs and maintenance and everything in between.
There are two options for this service:
Inclusive: A set weekly fee is agreed upon and all services are included. The only additional cost is for advertising the property.
Exclusive: A cheaper weekly fee is agreed and other services are charged additional when needed (e.g property inspections, tenant onboarding etc). This can be a cheaper option if your property has a long term tenant and has low maintenance needs.
Individual Services
If you are self managing but would like support for some aspects of the management of your property, we offer an array of services to assist your needs.
Professional Photography: Capture your property beautifully with quality photographs for your advertising campaign.
Property Viewings: Ensuring your property looking its best, managing appointments and viewings for potential tenants.
Property Safety: Camera security and safety checks while the property is empty between tenants.
Tenant On-boarding: Thorough and efficient screening of tenants, Tenancy agreements, Healthy homes statements and a welcoming move in day.
Property Inspections: Initial, routine and exit property inspections. Inspection reports with photos and listed issued to be addressed by tenants and/or landlords. This ensures your property is in great shape and your tenants are meeting their obligations.
Repairs and Maintenance Organisation: With a trusted team of contractors any and all repairs, renovations and routine maintenance can be organised with ease.

I will first assess your property, then talk through a property appraisal report. I will let you know what I believe it could be rented out for to attract quality tenants.
We can also discuss what services would best suit you and your property.
